		<description>Good stuff... I like the part with the rocket analogy. I&#039;d like to hear more one what steps are needed to really take off. Cause that&#039;s the most important part like was mentioned right, once you&#039;re past the atmosphere, it become a lot easier. But getting off the ground is difficult and a lot of preparation and energy must be put. Makes sense. Would be nice to hear JP and Kevin talk about what kind of preparation you need to do if you need to get off the ground, or better yet, if you&#039;re in a hole to start with, you have to get to the ground in order to be able to get off it right. 

And with the mortgage crisis in the US, I&#039;m sure many people would appreciate what kind of steps they need to take to get out of the hole and onto the ground in order to be able to take off at all :)</description>
