Does your company have integrity and adhere to their refund policies? I have been sending e-mails for a week - I have reviewed the course which i paid over Au $1000 for - and I only did this because of the policy your company offers. FOr over a week I have been sending e-mails requesting a cancellation and asking for a refund and have had no response. So this is my last ditch effort before going to the credit card company to dispute the transaction. A reply would be appreciated kat Is it usual for your support team not to respond to e-mails?
