Thanks Ann and Mario.

The bad news is... this isn't a cure-all. When you get both a) very busy networking and b) very busy and successful in your business, it still won't necessarily allow you to answer every individual email and participate in all the groups you want to. It's just not always humanly possible.

The good news is... it will make it better, and you will have a reassured feeling that you are doing the most important stuff first and that what slips through the cracks does so because it was less important than what you worked on.

Scott,

Thank you for such a complete piece of advice; it will help me to finish handling (and replying of course) more properly my Outlook and Gmail accounts.

Hey Scott,

What great advice and timely too... this month I plan on kicking my social networking into high gear...

Normally I create a gmail account for individual groups and then set up each email as a separate account in Thunderbird.

But I'm going to adapt your approach and use one email account for all groups and set it up as a separate account... then use your sorting suggestions.

BTW... Amazon just delivered your book... looking forward to reading it
